The sacral chakra can act as a change agent and propel you towards new opportunities. The sacral chakra also acts as steady support; it helps you to establish healthy boundaries, and deal with external pressures in a creative way.
When there are blockages or imbalances in the sacral chakra, you may be stuck in unhappy, unsatisfying relationships. You may feel powerless to leave. Change seems overwhelming and difficult. When this chakra is functioning well you will have the ability to feel positive and healthy about your relationships with others and your own sexuality.
