Change of mind
Everything we sell has been carefully crafted by rural artisans and every purchase provides them with a fair living wage. We hope you love the products as much as we do but if you're not satisfied, you're welcome to contact us for an exchange or refund as long as the item is returned unused with proof of purchase and you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
To start the return process, please contact us at hello@ambarya.com.au within 14 days of receiving the item. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please provide proof of purchase and return the product and packaging in its original condition.
Please note that we don’t refund or cover delivery costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Upon receiving the returned goods your purchase will be refunded within 3-5 days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment used. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged items
We make sure we carefully check items before they are sent to you and we ask that you also inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Ambarya Return Policy for Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel shipped by Ambarya is not collected and subsequently returned to us, the following conditions apply:

Refund Process: Once the returned parcel is received by Ambarya, the original purchase price will be refunded, excluding the cost of shipping. The refund will be processed within 5 days of the returned parcel's receipt.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Notification: Customers will be notified via email once their uncollected parcel has been returned and the refund has been initiated.

Re-dispatching Parcels: If the customer prefers to have the parcel re-shipped instead of receiving a refund, please contact Ambarya within 5 days of the refund notification. Additional shipping charges will apply.
