Heart Chakra
This chakra is located at the heart, the place where physical, emotional and spiritual energies meet and interact. The heart chakra enables you to connect with, know and care for others. An open and balanced heart will enable you to live with authenticity.
When there are blockages in the heart chakra, you may feel ruled by emotions- be they positive or negative. This unbalanced state can feel overwhelming and is impossible to sustain. It can lead to feelings of inadequacy. There may be tendencies to try and manipulate others or bargain with them for their love, kindness or support. When the heart chakra is functioning fully, you will feel love and compassion to others, as well as to yourself. It becomes apparent that we are all connected at a vibrational level and together we form a much bigger picture. Feelings of fear, disconnection and loss will be soothed.
